Roasted Chana Trail Mix
Savory-sweet jar mix of roasted chana, nuts, and dried fruit. Built for bags, desks, and long travel days.
Roasted chana (bhuna chana) is one of the cheapest high-protein portable snacks in India. Mixed with a few nuts and raisins, it becomes a balanced trail mix that replaces chips and biscuits.
Make a weekly jar and pre-portion into small boxes so travel and office snacking stays intentional.
