Ingredients
- 1200g Firm Tofu, crumbled
- 21 Onion, finely chopped
- 31 Tomato, chopped
- 41 Green Chilli, chopped
- 51/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 61/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 71 tbsp Oil
- 8Salt to taste
- 9Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and green chilli until onions are translucent.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Stir in turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a minute.

Add the crumbled tofu and mix well so the spices coat the tofu evenly.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tofu is heated through.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with bread or chapati.
