Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 21 cup Plant Milk (Soy or Almond)
  • 32 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 41 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 51 Banana, sliced
  • 61 tsp Jaggery or Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

    In a small pot, bring the plant milk to a gentle boil.

    Add rolled oats and chia seeds. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick.

    Stir in the peanut butter and jaggery until well combined and creamy.
