Ingredients

  • 11 cup Matki (moth beans), soaked overnight
  • 21 Onion, finely chopped
  • 32 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 41 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 51 tsp Goda Masala or Garam Masala
  • 61/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 71 tbsp Oil
  • 82 cups Jowar Flour
  • 9Salt, lemon, and coriander

Instructions

    Pressure-cook soaked matki until tender but holding shape.

    Heat oil; cook onion, ginger-garlic, and tomato until the masala is soft.

    Add turmeric, goda masala, salt, and cooked matki with enough water for a thick curry. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Knead jowar flour with hot water and salt, pat into small bhakris, and cook on a hot tawa until cooked through.
